You're new to being a Sports Chaplain or Character Coach?  

Journey with a team of veteran Directors and Representatives - serving on the College Campus to Area High Schools, from coast to coast, as diverse as the sports that they played, the contexts in which they serve, and the colors they wear!  

Field Training is an online course with personalized coaching.

It contains sixteen training sessions that each present a foundational topic in sports ministry.  Each training session has video teaching, a "practice session" for you to test out your learning, and "overtime" options for further development.  

This course is password protected to ensure that you are placed in a HUDDLE with a prepared coach who will journey with you through discussion questions and debriefing your practice sessions.

The Win

By the end of the course, you will:

1- have designed a specific campus ministry plan they can clearly articulate to donors and volunteers.

2- be able to articulate best practices on campus.

3- embody wise principles and necessary attitudes.

4- demonstrate competence in core skills routinely required (how to conduct yourself at games and practices, leading of a pregame chapel, coach’s ministry, etc).
